A Space for Visual Culture

Language of Light is a virtual space for photography-based artists, created in 2022 with an intent of promoting a distinctive photographic aesthetic where light serves as the primary subject, inclined towards appreciating the wonders of the natural world, the cultural diversity of people and the uniqueness of each culture, as well as their creations.

Language of Light also works with photographers living in fragile ecosystems or who are in precarious circumstances to facilitate them grow creatively and professionally, as well as to communicate about the social and environmental challenges of our times.
